Booking Cancellations & Refund Policy
Where refunds are due, a credit will be raised in the Lodge accounts system. Please advise the Treasurer of your bank details in order to receive a refund.
Confirmed Booking Cancellations
a. Cancellation of bookings are by complete booking only (not part week/person) and must be made by email to the Booking Officer. Once a booking has commenced, it is not able to be cancelled.
b. Modification or Transfer of a booking to an alternate date will be taken as a cancellation.
c. A 20% fee is applied all cancellations (except where no refund is due).
d. No refund will be paid where bookings are cancelled within 30 days of commencement of booking. An application for extenuating circumstances may be made in writing to the Board via the Booking Officer for consideration at the next board meeting.
e. A waiting list is not held. Cancellations will be available on the Wirruna website booking calendar.
