The club's name is Wirruna Lodge Limited - a company limited by guarantee.
Wirruna Lodge was established in 1961.
The clubhouse is located on Wheatley Road, Perisher Valley less than 1 Km from the Transport Terminal and is the closest lodge to the double and triple chairs.
The Lodge is above the snowline - it overlooks the double and triple chairs on Mt. Perisher, and is ski-in ski-out.
There are 59 shareholders (members), each holding 450 shares. There are no options issued. A member is able to temporarily assign rights where the member is unable to use the lodge.
As at 31 December 2010, the issued capital is $44,840, retained profits $177,412 and total shareholders equity is $222,252.
Net non-current assets of the Lodge amount to $192,200; Building and contents insurance exceeds $1.74m($29,491/member)
The Lodge has a lease which expires on 30 June 2028. There are a further 3 options of 10 years available. Therefore the final expiration of the current lease is 30th June 2058.
The Lodge membership is predominantly family oriented. It is suitable for young families with young children.
The Lodge does not have a live-in manager, cook or cleaner.
Members bring their own food and linen, and do their own cooking and cleaning.
The Lodge is a 1½ storey building, centrally heated.
Operating costs of the Lodge are covered by annual subscriptions ($575 in 2011) and accommodation charges. These are reviewed annually. Subscriptions are due on 1 January each year

Members have a priority booking period which elapses on 31 March.
Where demand for accommodation exceeds supply, the applicants' previous booking history is considered.
Bookings for less than a full week, can only be made (and paid for in full), one month prior to the desired date.
There are 7 bedrooms, all with en-suites. Varying numbers of beds in each room (between 2 and 4 beds each).
There is a separate guest toilet.
There is a laundry/drying room, foyer, day ski storage area and a work bench area.
The remainder of the building contains a dual kitchen, lounge/dining room with a refectory table, a card room (quiet room) and downstairs, there is a games room (with a table tennis table and a pool table), and a ski storage/locker room/boiler room.
Lockers are available to members for a nominal fee.
There are ski racks available for members for year round storage
The lodge location permits access to the PerisherBlue Ski Resort, including Perisher, Blue Cow, Guthega, and Smiggin Holes. Access to Blue Cow and Guthega is either by Ski Tube or overland. Thredbo can be accessed by the Ski Tube and motor vehicle.
